Following my Neobux Review or by any other means, if you have signed up on the website then chances are that you may be loosing Neobux referral commission and struggling figuring out the right clicktime on Neobux ads.
Or in simple terms, you’re not aware of what Neobux Server Time is and what is the right clicktime to view Neobux ads.
If this is the case, then first, let me very quickly tell you about what Neobux Server Time is.
What is Neobux Server Time?
Well, unlike many other PTC sites, if you want the commissions from your Neobux Referrals clicks, then you need to be careful about ad clicktime and make sure that you start paying attention to Neobux Server Time as well.
Not doing so will result in your referrals’ clicks going in vain and you get SHINOLA from your Neobux Referrals clicks. Direct or Rented.
I know that sucks big time. Imagine all the efforts and investments that goes in either convincing Direct Referrals or renting referrals and you figure out that their clicks of a particular day were all for naught because your ads clicktime did not match Neobux server time specifications.
You need a big heart to get over this fact but guys, there’s no need to weep. If you’re a true hustler, these small barricades in your way mean nothing. You try to figure them out, tackle them and become even stronger than before. Besides, there’s no other way as well as you need to play by Neobux’s rules.
Their website, their rules. Gotta give this to them.
BTW that’s little dramatic, I agree. The problem isn’t that grave as I may have made it appear. So let’s get practical. Let’s kick all the drama aside and figure out the solution of the problem which isn’t much of a problem in the first place.
You see, despite their requirement of clicking during a particular time slot, you still have a window of around 14 hours in a day during which you can click Neobux ads in order to claim your referrals’ commissions.
Neobux Support’s Response
Though there’s some help online already by other members about the Neobux Server Time issue however, I wanted to gain insights from my own perspective. So I contacted the Neobux’s support inquiring why do they even have this condition in the first place unlike many other PTC websites?
This is the response that I received.
Please note that all you have to do is to keep viewing the 4 orange advertisements daily ONLY between 10:00 AM (morning) and 12:29 AM (night) at your local (Pakistan) time.
For more information, please consult our Terms of Service, paragraph 3.7.
Please note that this restriction is necessary to ensure that the traffic will be distributed as evenly as possible. Only if we had very few members like all the other PTC websites, such restriction would not be required.
Looking from the Neboux’s response above, their strong point of having tons and tons of members is actually a sort of downside for their own members. They simply don’t want to give an impression to their advertisers that they’re left out and want to make sure that the traffic is evenly distributed.
That sounds somewhat reasonable but this does not mean that we have a solution in our hand yet.
So in order to figure out a solution, let’s see how you can figure out what your server time is and time your clicks based on that server time.
How To Figure Out The Best Clicktime for Neobux Ads?
First, let’s have a look at all the “Times” that Neobux shows to its members. You can do this by clicking the “View Advertisements” button from the tool or menu bar on the Neobux website.
This will take you to a window that looks something like this:
As you may notice, Neobux shows two different times. These are:
- Your Advertisement Clicks Reset At (We’ll call it “Reset Time“)
- The Current Server Time Is (We’ll call it “Server Time“)
Don’t worry about the time mentioned though as it may be different in your case.
What is Reset Time?
The reset time is the time at which Neobux ads will reset and will become available for clicks. This time is in your local time (24 hours format) , chosen at random when you sign up and cannot change.
For e.g. my account says that my advertisements will reset at: 01:30. Since this is 24-hours format, it’s 01:30 am in the morning in Pakistan.
So all my ads which I saw in the previous day and were “greyed” out, will become active again at 01:30 am during my sleep.
What is Server Time?
The Server Time is also in 24-hour format but it’s the US time. Just go ahead and google current US time. Most likely you will see the same time as your server time.
How To Figure Out The Best Clicktime For Neobux Ads?
Since now we know what the reset and server times are the question is what can we do with this information?
How can we use this information to figure out the best clicktime for Neobux ads? Especially when this time is different and vary based on the geographical location. Or to be more precise, the timezone.
It’s a bit complicated so don’t worry if you don’t grasp it the first time. I took some considerable time myself (as I’m a bit slow).
I’ll explain using my scenario so that you can relate and then figure out your own clicktime as well.
See what the current server time (US time) says on Neobux. In my case, it is 03:13 am (assuming 03:00 am for simplicity).
Now see what your local time is. Just have a look at your computer’s watch. For me, it is 13:14 pm (or 13:00 pm for simplicity).
Now calculate what your local time would be should the server (US) time is 00:00 am. Or in other words, at what local time of yours, the new “Calendar” day starts in US?
For me, I have to go back 3 hours. Since it’s 03:00 am in US.
So if we go back from 03:00 am to 3 hours behind, that will be 00:00 am in US and 10:00 am for me in Pakistan (or local time).
This 10:00 am is my clicktime. The time when I can start clicking Neobux ads and based on my local time and server time, I can follow either of the below two timings.
- Click my ads from 10:00 am to 01:30 am OR
- Click my ads from 01:30 am to 10:00 am
That Sounds Simple. So What’s The Catch?
The real confusion starts when switching your clicktime from one schedule to another.
The reason could be anything. Maybe you’re not comfortable with your current schedule. Maybe you’ve started a night shift on your part-time job and the best time available to you is the late night. Or could be any other reason. We’re not here to contemplate on the reasons of why you’re making the switch.
We’re here to sort out the confusion of the Neobux Server time and why your referrals’ clicks don’t reap you fruits.
Again, The best way is to give you a real life scenario.
So continuing the above example, the new day (00:00 am) in US starts at 10:00 am Pakistan time. Let’s say, on 25th December (just an arbitrary date), I clicked my ads on 10:00 am.
Now, I’m surfing the web at 02:00 am local time and thought that I should be making money on Neobux right now and decide to watch the ads again. Remember, the ads refresh time is 01:30 am (in my case) so my ads are refreshed now and I can watch them again.
For me, 02:00 am is a new date (26th December) but remember, the US is still lurking behind on 25th December. So if I click on the ads right now (I mean on the supposed date of 02:00 am of 26th December), Neobux will think of it as the ads clicked on 25th December.
Since we’re required to click 4 “Orange” or “Fixed” ads daily as a standard member in order to get credit of the referrals’ clicks, we’re technically not fulfilling this condition. Hence, we will not earn from our referrals’ clicks.
In other words, clicking 4 fixed ads on 25th December and 4 fixed ads on 26th December is better than clicking 8 fixed ads on say, 25th December alone.
I hope you’re getting what I’m trying to say.
How To Keep Track Your Historical Neobux Clicks Were On Correct Server Time?
To check if your historical clicks were in the correct time range, just simply click your username at the top of the Neobux window.
This will take you to a screen with a graph. Just make sure that there’s a green straight line. If that’s the case, then you’re right on the money.
Keep Track Of The DST Changes
Make sure that you keep track of the changes in server time due to Daylight Saving Time. Neobux adjusted the server time on November 5th, 2017.
But they don’t do this without informing their members.
You can find the announcement from the same place from where you see the Neobux Server Time Graph that I showed above.
The announcement looked something like this:
And here’s what they announced:
Just to remind you that this Sunday, November 5th, the server’s time will be one hour less to adjust to the Daylight Savings Time. 2 am on Sunday will jump back to 1 am.
As always your charts will be synchronized with the new time offset resulting in different values being shown due to the 60 minutes difference should you live in a different time zone.
Some of you will be able to view the advertisements twice (and you’re free to do so) while some won’t be able to view them during the duplicated hour (after the second 2am you’ll be able to if that happens).
I hope this article helps you in understand the Neobux Server Time so that you may better synchronize your clicks timings.
In the end, do let me know if you’re stuck somewhere. If you’re still not a member of Neobux go ahead and sign up for it.
In case you’re skeptical just like me, I wrote a Neobux Review and how you can make money from Neobux in order to address those skeptical minds. Make sure you check it out.
